Detailed cleanup after construction or renovation

After construction or remodeling, fine dust and residue can settle across rooms and surfaces. We review the property, finish materials, access, and builder or manager requirements, then prepare a written scope for the requested areas. Depending on the site and agreed scope, cleaning may include accessible surfaces, ledges, fixtures, floors, and interior glass, plus collection of light job-related debris. We coordinate timing with the project contact so the space can be cleaned after dusty trades have finished. Heavy construction debris, hazardous materials, paint or adhesive removal, exterior high-access work, and specialty restoration are excluded unless specifically assessed and included in writing.
